The railroad crew sings as they work at laying track for the Union Pacific. Voiceover offers more background on the famous completion of the railroad line, and it’s importance in connecting the East to the Wes.
Elsewhere, Wolf Paw, an Indian chief is stirring up trouble with his braves, and plans on attacking the railroad. Marshall Lightning Jim Wipple Deputy Whitey Larson, and their young friend Johnny rides up on the railroad crew just in time to break up a fight. A couple of lazy loafers are sent walking. The two characters are out for revenge when they steal horses, then meet up with the Indians on the warpath. With the players and situation set, all that’s left is to take a breather, and a commercial break.
As Jim and Whitey ride the outskirts of the railroad camp, they spot the approaching Indian raid. Can they organize the workers in time to fend off the attack. A wagon train can circle into a defense, but how can they circle the railroad train and make their stand?
The lazy loafers aren’t all done with their dirty work, and the Indians descend on the camp. Get ready for plenty of Indian fighting adventure as our heroes fight for the advancement of the American way, and progress.
