Barney, an Egyptology enthusiast and son of a police investigator, visits a museum display with his girlfriend, Janice. Their casual outing takes a dark turn when they discover the display’s ancient mummy is actually a fresh murder victim. As Barney’s dad leads the official investigation, Barney uses his specialized knowledge to help piece together the evidence. But if the body in the mummy wrapping is fresh, where is the original mummy?
When the police make their initial arrests, Barney and Janice suspect something is still missing. Doing some snooping of their own, the duo gets too close for comfort and finds themselves trapped inside an air-tight room in the museum’s creepy chambers. Can they escape, piece together the remaining clues, and help Barney’s dad nab the real killer before it’s too late?
