All is peaceful and quiet in Riverdale as the Andrews family relaxes at home. Suddenly a yawning fit turns contagious. If everybody is so tired, why not just go to bed? Though it’s only 9 o’clock, dad insists the family get ready for bed. Lights are turned out; mom and dad are snuggly tucked into bed when Archie is suddenly wide awake.

He’s too hot so he opens his window, loudly. Is there any other way for a teenage kid? After being annoying as possible to his tired parents, he decides to close his window when he gets too cold. What else can Archie bother his parents about? His alarm clock is too loud, so he takes it to dad. Now it’s keeping Fred and Mary awake.

When the alarm goes off by accident, Archie is back awake, and remembers to brush his teeth. He breaks a drinking glass, and has to give a full report to mom. The water faucet starts dripping. Dad goes to shut off the water, cuts his foot, and the yelling has everybody out of bed again. The medicine cabinet is opened, and is like a miniature Fibber’s closet. Medicine bottles, and sundry toiletries everywhere,

now mom and Archie set about the cleanup chores. Just when things are as hectic as possible, the phone rings, and Veronica calls to sweet talk Archie while dad is bleeding to death from his scratched foot. As mom heads upstairs to rescue dad, Archie has to answer the door to talk with Jughead, who loudly tells about an action movie, then slips on a wet mess in the living room floor.

The doorbell rings again, and Betty gets an eye full of Jughead without pants on and the rest of the family in their night clothes. A general melee breaks out. With everyone’s blood pressure up, will anybody ever sleep again? Somehow, I doubt it, at least not during this episode.
