On a quiet afternoon, Richard phones his best gal. His attentions are soon diverted by his other best pal on the police force, Walt. Bodies have piled up, and Jacoby is the key to solving the matter. It has to do with stool pigeons who stand in the way of the ruthless gangster. Jacoby has fled the country, and was thought to be in Italy. Has he returned, and set out to kill everybody who cqan identify him?
Setting out on the streets, Richard checks out the pool halls. The trail leads to a blonde dame. Can Richard double team the dame with Walt, to get information from her? A tapped phone line gives the facts that she managed to remain quiet about.
The trap is set, and sprung. Jacoby is slippery enough to get out of it for now, leaving bodies in his wake. Richard is more determined than ever, and Jacoby is desperate. is there no stopping his knife?
