The slopes of Music Mountain have been sliding down towards town. Especially the areas around where the precious mineral, radium is mined.
Today, with rains keeping up their pace, things look bleak. Lois tries to help the townsfolk escape, but Clark still suspects that her uncle is involved with the gang. Clark wants to try to find Horace Morton, and thinks that he holds the key to the mysterious weather and crimes. Uncle Horace not only predicts the weather with his machines, but he can create the weather.
Getting rid of Lois, Clark sees a chance to switch to Superman and break through a wall, and rescue the kidnapped Horace Morton. Only too late has Horace realized he has been working with criminals. It’s also too late to stop the coming storm. Superman has to spring into action to rescue a bus load of children as they try to flee the landslides.
Will Superman be able to save the children? What about the precious radium? What will become of Horace Morton and his machine that makes weather? Listen in for the exciting conclusion to see how Superman wraps up the mystery.
