Fibber goes to a barber shop run by Hal Peary for a haircut, and the usual socialization. Old Timer comes in to join the jokes about Fibber’s thinning hair. Even the notoriously hairless Billy Mills gets in a joke at Fibbers expense. Donald Novas sings, I Kiss Your Hand Madam.

Abigail Uppington arrives to talk about the first signs of Spring, the birds, the bees, and the robin red boossom. Mel Blanc is a man who shares a springtime thought on hair. Zazu Pitts is a nurse at a clinic where Fibber goes to help with his hair loss. The laconic comic tells about her plan to catch a man in the clinic. The Four Notes sing, Lady O Lay. As they sing, the audio stops.

Note: The doctor in the clinic makes a comment about a certain voice actor playing a polar bear on a certain radio program. That would be a reference to Mel Blanc, and his role as Carmichael the Polar bear on the Jack Benny show.
