Martin and Lewis – Dorothy Kirsten. ep22, 491014.

Dean and Jerry joke about women, then are joined by Florence to offer a woman’s perspective on the humor. Although Florence is now called, Condeleah, at least for today’s script.

Sidney Sheldon joins the mix to show off his musical ability because he wants a job in their new nightclub. Jerry wants to run the bar at their new night club. Dean sings, Toot toot Tootsie.

The nightclub theme continues as the guys talk about the tallent they want to have in it. Hans Conried makes an appearance as an orchestra leader who is looking for work. Dorothy Kirsten arrives to be the nightclub singer. She is an opera singer, and Dean asks to sing something with her. Instead Dorothy goes it alone to perform an operetic version of, Love is Where You Find It. Inspired, Jerry wants to present his own style of an opera. Too bad there’s no time to squeeze it in.
