Lum talks on the phone to the professor, the gang chief. Is the detective, Mr Wilson out of the picture? The professor has promised Lum to take care of him, if Lum ends up in trouble. Abner had been promised money from Wilson if he can help spy on the gang. Its time for Lum and Abner to compare notes on their parts in the mystery. Will they share all they know with each other?
