Turn back the pages to the days of yesteryear, and join in as the Lone Ranger rides again!

Dan Reed rides the trail to meet up with the Lone Ranger, and stops at a water hole. A fellow traveller is there, and they talk about a small man who was convicted of robbery, but the loot was never found. The man picks Dan’s brain for details, and wants to know about the friend that Dan mentioned. Dan plays it safe andis elusive as to who his friend, the Lone Ranger is, and why they are interested in the cash.

The traveller rushes off to a hideout and talks to the short, released convict in question. Warning him that folks may be looking for him, and gets him to reveal where the loot is hiding. Just so he can be the front man to go looking for it. Though our traveller, who met Dan earlier, wants to ride in full bore, and kill people in the way, the small crook doesn’t want to take any chances on being blamed. Still, they hatch a sneaky plan that would cast the blame off of him, so he can reclaim his booty.

Meanwhile, Dan talks with Tonto and Lone Ranger about possibilities in locating the crook and his loot. Elsewhere, Word is dropped to plant rumor about indian uprisings, and two old timers who run a trading post, talk about Comanche and Kiowa indians snooping around town to look at buying rifles. Is there any real danger? Indians seem to be conveniently popping out of the woodwork. When an indian daughter is kidnapped, it only serves to heat up feelings between rival tribes.

Dan races off to report to the Lone Ranger. In relating the story, red flags are raised, and the Lone Ranger goes to address the immediate concern of settling the indian conflict, but also to look into the white man seen around town interacting with them. It’s looking like war cries have broken out. Is it already to late for help from the Lone Ranger?

Connecting the missing loot with the trading post, Lone Ranger has a plan for a trap. Though his plan seems destructive to the old timers who run the store, but you can bet there’s a reason for it. Will the bad guys fall for it?

The cash may be safe, and the indian uprising resolved, but they still have the captive indian girl who needs to be rescued. Listen in to the action packed conclusion, complete with indians, crooks, shoot outs and more as justice triumphs over evil, and the guys in the white hats win.
