Going undercover, Jingles poses as a riverboat man who promises passage for the scheming bad guys. The plan to sell cattle in St Louis is reported to Bill. It’s all set, and the Delta Belle is going to pull out in the middle of the night. Will Bill tip his hand on his trap?

As the Delta Belle sets out, the steamboat runs up on a sandbar. Bill couldn’t have planned it better when Jingles rides in for the rescue. The danger now is the overheated steam tanks. Can our heroes get the boat off the sandbar, and to safety before she blows?
