Phil isn’t here yet, so the cast talk about his new 7-pound baby girl that was born.

The proud father, Phil Harris arrives. He passes out cigars, and tells that he was going to bring his baby with him, but Alice would not let him. Jack tells about Phil’s band not wearing shoes, then makes an announcement about next season. His new sponsor will be Grape Nut Flakes next season. How will they be able to work that into a catchy opening phrase? Before Phil can play, there’s an interruption at the door from Andy divine. We learn how Andy’s parents are doing lately.
