Costello tells about some recent mishaps in his home. A heckler in the audience gives Lou a hard time. But let’s Lou know that they have been invited to a Latin American party later on in the evening. Lou gets confused over some of the Latin terms that Abbott uses.

Lou insists he won’t go to that party. He has a date with his girlfriend, Lena Gensta. When a knock comes to the door, it’s Lena. Lou pretends to be sick in an attempt to try hiding the Latin American costume he’s wearing. That sombrero is kind of hard to hide. Things don’t go so well. Can the gents catch a ride to the party?

Bud and Lou finally arrived at the party. They try to make small talk with a couple of señorita’s. Costello does the best he can with the language gap, and ends up taking a walk alone with his lovely Spanish lady. When Lou kisses her, he gets caught from the girl’s boyfriend. Will tempers flare, and end up in fighting it dual? Seen your Mellon had announced that he’s the referee of the dual. Lou makes his choice of weapon, then is examined by a doctor. Is it too late for Abbott to rescue him? The dual may be the least of his concern, once Costello’s girlfriend shows up.
