Lum and Abner are going into the rabbit business, and have bought up all they can. Today in the Jot ‘Em Down store, rabbits are taking their place with the rest of the inventory. Hutches are being built, and feed is rounded up for them. Abner gets confused over Lum’s figure of speech about their overhead.
After Abner has gotten himself into a scrappy mood in previous episodes, he wants to apologize to Lum for his behavior. Abner just can’t believe that Lum isn’t mad at him, and pushes Lum to the point of getting Lum aggravated.
Squire Skimp enters to check on the rabbit business. This can’t be any good, but what exactly is he here for?
