Note: With the war effort in full swing, the sponsor is still driving home it’s new branding. Namely switching from the green packaging of the product, to the white package we still have today. It was a marketing ploy that took advantage of the patriotic movement of the war effort. What does a color change have to do with fighting the war? Um… nothing much. But can you feel the flavor of the wartime climate, with all the war related songs topping the charts?
