It took a tough man, and a tough wagon to drive freight over the old Western trails. As hard as the men were, they still couldn’t figure out the jinx that plagued the Red Wagon Line.

Wild Bill and Jingles ride along in time to help a driver put out a fire on his wagon. When they rescue him, Bill and Jingles learn the driver is actually a young gal. She was driving it to help out with her dad’s freight company. This was no accident though, and soon bandits are shooting at them. Sounds like a case of revenge to me. Bandits would be more inclined to steal the goods, not set a fire for the sake of setting a fire.

As if shooting wasn’t enough, the bad guys start an avalanche to try to kill Bill, Jingles, and the girl.

Elsewhere at a celebration, the Sanders freight company celebrate a successful end to their first year in business. They are the rival company to the Skinner company, the girls company. Wow, it seems like a no brainer to me about what going on. With Bill and Jingles providing protection, the Red Wagon line has a run of trouble-free shipments. The danger isn’t over though. The bad guys are just waiting, and letting confidence build. When they strike again, they plan to do it big and get rid of Wild Bill and Jingles.

Sure enough, when hopes are soaring, the wagon crosses a bridge, and suddenly Jingles and the girl find themselves falling. Watch out Wild Bill! There are snipers waiting for you! Too bad the sniper overestimated Bill’s ability. Wild Bill was a pretty decent trick shooter, and manages to save the day.
