The men’s protective society in Pine Ridge has certainly backfired with a bang. Today we find Squire Skimp at the Jot ‘Em Down store to discuss the new rules the ladies laid down. The women demand the men step down from public office, and that a vote be held to elect women instead.
Squire describes his plan to counteract the demand. If women were to take over political office, what’s next? Running the businesses? It might put the men in the position of staying home to raise the kids, and a host of other women’s work. The ballot for the election is posted, and the men get to see who they are running against to retain their offices.
