The Loyal Order of Benevolent Zebras hold their annual meeting that has all the members getting dressed up in formal attire. Mel has to rush off to the Lodge Hall to practice his multiple parts for the pageant. First, the Colby’s visit the fix it shops. If Mr. Colby liked Mel any more, Mel would be black and blue all over, as he got every bone in his body broken. Can Zookie help campaign for Colby to be voted in as many of the year?
Victor Miller plays and the Sportsmen sing, Zippety Doo Dah. Still in the fix it shops, Mel gets a visit from Mr. Cushing, Mighty Potentate of the lodge. Can Mel say something nice about Mrs. Cushing to boost the man’s morale? Is the woman as old as Cushing claims?
At the lodge hall, Mrs. Cushing makes one of her rare appearances. The meeting is called to order, and minutes of the previous meeting are read. Get a glimpse of how things typically go when the Zebras get together.
