Johnny’s mission is to keep him alive. to do so, Johnny drags the rich man along with him. He gets to the root of the problem. This won’t cramp Johnnies swanky, sophisticated style, will it?

When Milfred turns up missing, Johnny touches base with the cops. No bodies yet, just the man’s coat left on a ferry. The hunt is on. Johnny makes a tour of the night club scene, and tracks down the guy who stands to gain from the insurance policy. Details unfold, and the key players find themselves in an abandoned warehouse. Hey, where else would it be?

The mystery is told, even the twist ending. Now all that’s left is to turn the bad guys over to the cops. But what about Johnny’s client, the insurance company? He explains it all in his expense account.
