Back at Happy land, Clark and Nancy talk about the happenings thus far. Lois is mad over the Bill of Sale that turned Nancy’s park over to her rival, and is determined to get it back. When Clark sees a chance, he switches to Superman, and goes to find Lois, and just in time too, since her car has just been run off a cliff.
After a close brush with death on the rocks below, Superman finds Midway Martin, and beats him senseless. What about that Bill of Sale? Since Lois had it in her car, it is lost, and no record of it exists. Happy land is safe, and our star reporters have their scoop for the Daily Planet.
