Jack goes to the credit department to apply for a card. Elsewhere, Dennis is shopping for his parents. Phil sweet talks a Southern belle as he picks up a special gift for Alice. Phil and the band play a peppy tune.
Jack and Mary encounter the race track tout, and Mr Kitzel as they shop for flowers and gifts. The Sportsmen pose as wind up toys to sing the sponsor’s message.
Elliot Lewis is the loud salesman at the perfume counter. Mel Blanc is the crazed salesman who goes off the deep end after remembering his ordeal last year when Jack tried to buy shoe laces.
