Rogue contemplates a day at the race track, but he’s interupted by a man with a story about missing cash from a robbery, and a treasure map to find it. Dead bodies keep Rogue from getting started. What’s the deal with the desperate phone calls from Muriel? Fending off the cops, and thugs who await him at his meeting with Muriel, Rogue avoids a thump on the head.
Things get more interesting when Rogue finds himself at the business end of a .45, automatic, held by the deadly Muriel.
After some fast talking, and after n all night vigil, Rogue makes plans for some romantic travelling with Muriel. Will he go through with the plans? A trap is set up , and Muriel is caught, and handed over to the cops.
