After 3 years in the Navy, Bill Thompson returns as Wallace Wimple. Molly sent Fibber to the library for a book on flowers, only to have him return with a few murder mystery books. Fibber’s intrigue turns to excitement when he finds a treasure map hidden between the pages of his book. Molly is less enthusiastic though. Mrs Carstairs visits, and affirms that the landmark on the map is on her property, before telling about doing some bird watching.
