Circus life has Lum wore to a frazzle, as he talks with Abner about his latest worries. Should they get out of the circus, and go back to tending the store? Abner is kinda enjoying beimng a circus owner.
Squire emnters with good news. There’s a busy line up of places to travel to, and perform. He also has a new act, a bare back rider.. Lum is dead set against hiring any new performers though.
Cedric joins Squire and Abner, sand we learn more aabout the beautiful Zenora. Later, the 3 talk about the day’s success. Also a reprimand to Cedric for walking around the circus in his ‘Wild Man of Borneo’ costume. As Cedric worries about his sticky cotton candy mess, Lum enters, and his anger over hiing the new horse act seems to have taken a turn for the better.
