The party line is buzzing with requests for Lum to join his newly formed Navy. The problem though is that everybody wants to be an Admiral. The phone call is cut short when Cedric enters, wanting to know more about the sole boat in the navy.
Seeing their chance to recruit their first sailor who doesn’t want to be an officer, Ben tries to give Cedric a physical. Will Cedric ever get the chance to ask his question about the boat>?
The recruitment, and physical runs long, until a phone call gets back to Cedrics original problem. The boat is running in circles on the mill pond, and Abner is stranded on it, not knowing how to shut it down.
