Mr. Keen, Tracer of Lost Persons – The Yellow Talon Murder Case. 490922

Mr Keen is taken from his daily routine to hear about the case of a young woman who was strangled. Marks on her imply it was done by a large talon, but larger than any known birds in the area.

The man presenting the case claims that only an eccentric uncle and the murdered girl were the only ones at home at the time. The guilt ridden and horrified man and his wife are assured to have Mr Keen investigating. Might it be one of the pet hawks the eccentric uncle keeps?

Mr Keen isn’t falling for the idea of birds as killers. Birds don’t cut phone lines, but what’s the meaning behind the big yellow tallon? If the hawks didn’t do it, and the eccentric uncle didn’t do it, then who? And why?

If you were Mr Keen, I wouldn’t have to ask, because he knows. If you listen to the podcast, you’ll know too.
