Prince Jason awaits the arrival of Shira, a well known teacher who will help him achieve his goals. The desire is to seek out the golden fleece.
The king promises to award Jason his kingdom, but first he has to complete a virtually impossible challenge. Jason’s adventure begins in earnest when he sets sail in the ship, Argo, and with his 49 Argonauts. The narrator shortens the saga as we join the crew for some highlights of Jason’s quest.
He battles fire breathing bulls, and a dragon stands in the way, but the determined Jason faces his tests bravely. It doesn’t hurt that Jason has a sorceress friend to give him magical potions and spells to charm his way through, not that Jason doesn’t need to have good battle skills to bravely fight his way past his obstacles.
