Witness a robbery in progress, but Wild Bill and Jingles are too late to stop it. Instead, they help the sheriff get the wheels of justice rolling, while putting a stop to vigilante justice.

The hard men of the railroad work crews are held at bay for the moment, but unless Bill can discover who wants the railroad company to go bankrupt, things could blow up again.
