A bank has been mysteriously losing money, but nobody knows who the bandit is, or how he has been taking it. Who is that crazy miller next door who claims he’s got a contraption that makes gold? Bill and Jingles arrive in town to find out just that, when suddenly gunshots ring out.

Inside the mill, Jingles has a near fatal brush with the machinery. Was he pushed? Bill continues to gather clues in town, but it’s looking like it won’t be an easy case to figure out. Not to mention getting threatening notes tied to rocks that fly through their hotel window.
