Fibber still waits for the newspaper, eagger to see if anybody has listed a reward for a lost diamond, when Doc Gamble bvisits. Doc gives a mini lecture on not squandering money, and investing in bonds instead of diamonds. Will Fibber get the last word on convincing folks to buy bonds? Only after doc gets the upperhand concerning that diamond.
