Quiet Please – Come In Eddie . ep26, 471201

Rows of gravestones and headstones in a military cemetery, surrounded by well-manicured lawns and trees. The gravestones are arranged in neat rows and columns, with some bearing the insignia of different military branches. The sky is overcast and the trees in the background are in the midst of changing colors, indicating autumn.

Audio is a little scratchy and muffled, but OK.

Ernest Chapel is a man who has just moved into a house. It used to be Eddie’s house. Is there a problem with that? Eddie’s stuff, Eddie’s piano, but it all belongs to Ernest now. Murder is involved, and spooky things begin to happen. Has Eddie come back to haunt his killers?

If the partners in crime decide to part ways, will it appease Eddie? Will it leave Ernest holding the bag with either Eddie, or the law? In monolog, Ernest recounts details of the plot to kill Eddie. Tempers flare, and nerves jangle, as the two gangsters try to split the loot. Who will get the lion’s share? Who is the brains of the outfit?

Nobody really believes the spirit of Eddie is in the room… that’s silly… because if he was, he would probably want to get some revenge. But if Eddie’s ghost isn’t here, then what made that noise, and that gust of cool air, and who is playing that music?
