The cast is in the drugstore before the show. Once Jack arrives, they all make their lunch orders. Dennis plays the juke box and sings and opera sounding tune.

Jack tries to get a guest spot on Bob Crosby’s other radio show. Meanwhile Dennis tells about his adventure in weighing himself on the penny scale. The time has come to pay the check, and of course Jack manages to evade the issue. As Jack walks home he muses over the happenings of the afternoon. He stops to talk to a passerby who happens to be a farmer. Mary drives by to pick up Jack, and they listen to the car radio. Imagine that! The Sportsmen are on, and sing, Oh Lady Oh. Naturally, it breaks down into a commercial.

Jack pops into his house to pick up golf clubs and chats with Rochester among other domestic issues, Polly seems to be not herself. What can her problem be? Is she sick, lonely, Mary suggests seeing a psychiatris. In the interview with the doc, Jack gives away his real birthday. See if you can catch it. Listen in and see if the doc can cure por little Polly. Maybe its something serious, or just a spell of being moody.
