Nowhere in the pages of history can one find a better champion for justice than the Lone Ranger.

Captain Rogers of the Texas Rangers is visited by the son of a local rancher who was recently killed. The two fill in details of today’s story of the murder, and the suspects. The son wants to join the Texas Rangers so he can take part in getting revenge. The Ranger feels that young Burt is too emotional to join the Rangers, and sends him on his way.

Back on the trail, Burt meets up with a man claiming to know the killer. It’s the chance Burt needs to go undercover, and get in close with the outlaw band responsible for his dad’s death. Paths cross with the Lone Ranger and Tonto, and unbeknownst to young Burt, they keep a close eye on the matter. Is there any chance they can get into the outlaw camp?

The camp is well guarded, and to make matters worse, the Lone Ranger and Tonto are recognized. Our heros think they’re being sneaky, but the outlaws have the drop on them. Lone Ranger is captured, but Tonto gets away.

With the help of Burt, who overcomes his emotions of revenge, the Lone Ranger makes his escape. Together they take the evidence needed for the Rangers to move in.
