A traveling salesman who has had a few too many failed sales deals. He begins to become forgetful, and suffers from headaches. Victims die in alphabetical order. Is it all just part a big medical disorder? Or has it all been planned?

Scotland Yard manages to track down the fingerprints, and the typewriter used, and connect it all to stop the killer. It looks like the end for our forgetful salesman… or is it?
