Announcer, Ken Carpenter. Guest star is Jack Benny.
Joining the role call of the kids telling where they go to school,, Jack claims to be 6 years old and not go to school.
As the kids field the tough questions Jack needs the questions clarified. Though he says he knew that, Jack’s excuse is that you forget these things when you get older. The kids rack up the points as Jack wisecracks about his Maxwell. Getting distracted by the names and addresses of the people who send in the questions, Jack lets the kids handle the math answers.
Not knowing the answers, Jack blurts out the ones he knows, before the questions get asked. Maybe a political question is more in his line? Maybe Jack should just raise his hand to wave at friends in the audience. Jack begins to stew over some of his missed questions, especially that one on Grover Cleveland. Still, the questions keep coming.
Mythology and animals are added to the topics. A question about Fred Allen is almost too much for Jack to handle. He ought to do well on a violin related question, right? Time to settle the score and see who won.
