The call goes through, and Fibber learns his first visit will be to Billy Mills. The Old Timer pops in to tell about his trip to Chicago, and the military men he talked with there. At the hospital,, Abigail Uppinton dishes the teasing right back to Fibber, as she tells about her friend who is sick. Also a plug for war bond is made. The quiet atmosphere is broken only by the noisy nurses, and sels serve elevator. A mix up mnearly takes the McGee’s to the delivery room. Instead, they eavesdrop on Harlowe Wilcoc lecturing the staff on using the sponsor product.
