Narrated by teen idol, Roddy McDowel. A tale of an orphan boy who can’t speak. Always the object of abuse, and known only as A.U. (short for Hey You!) to his numerous tormentors, the boy struggles for survival. Seeking the need for acceptance, the boy discovers solitude and escape by communing with the sounds of nature.
He never actually makes a sound, but finds escape from his brutal world by listening to the voices and music of natural elements around him. Then one day they stop. The voices no longer sing to him. What has happened? What caused his friends to be silent?
A new born child has taken front and center, and all nature sings to him instead. What does this mean for poor little A.U.? will he finally be accepted? Will people finally love him? Will he finally find his voice?
