With being in the Navy for the past 2 years, has Dennis changed much? The telephone operators, Mabel and Gertrude gossip over the recent contest about, “Why I Hate Jack Benny.” Is Jack really the sneaky type on a date, and what does that mean anyway? On Allen’s Alley, Senator Harris tells how he’s a man of the West and hates all things East. Will he answer the question, “Who is the better comedian, Benny or Allen?” Titus Day puts on the rustic airs to tell about his reading list, and henhouse production.
