Their apartment search finds them talking with Bessy May Mucho, the actress with the proper sounding speach. Mellonhead has a place to rent, but he has a few stipulations, and plenty of chores to do.

At a new apartment, Lou insists on bringing his pig along. Mrs niles swaps insults with Lou. To hide his pig, Lou disguises it in a baby carriage. Will the disguise work? Will the guys be able to abide by all the apartment rules? Piggy jokes and puns abound as the guys move into their new apartment.
