It takes more than believing a story though, and Dan sets out to gather more hard evidence. He has to race the clock before the time of the execution rolls around, and as he does, gangsters who would prefer to keep their sucker in the hot seat are ready to do anything it takes to keep him there. The danger grows as Dan gets closer to the truth, but has he made any progress? Is his man still going to take the heat for the killing?
