Mid term exams give time for Doc Hall to seclude himself in his office. Can his wife Vickie get him out when an old friend visits? The old sons of guns tell how they shared everything in their days as students in college. A large check is ready, and all Ivy has to do is give exclusive rights to Harry’s marketing deal. Will the lure of television affect the morals of Doc Hall?
A proposed play is a horrible one, but will Doc Hall be able to let the author down tactfully? Both his friend Harry, and Vickie offer ways to handle the situation. Somehow their techniques still don’t get Toddy off the hook with his faculty member, professor Barrette.
There is urgency when Barette tells that he needs the play to succeed to raise money. They can’t allow him to embarrass himself by making his bad play public, no matter the pressing health need. As an alternative, since no play can be guaranteed success, is to give a hot tip down at the race track. Can Harry find a better place for Barrette in one of his TV productions?
Note: Harry is played by Elliot Lewis.
