Matt and Kitty meet on the street and discuss the likelihood of Matt settling down to run a saloon. Good try Kitty, not gonna happen. The levity is interrupted when Chester walks up with a job to serve papers for an eviction notice. Teak has built a nice enough place, has a deed to his land, but has just failed to register his claim properly. Will the former gunfighter return to wearing his guns again? Even to force judge Rambo to call in another US Marshall from elsewhere in the state. All that results from the added arm of the law is an injured pregnant woman, and a baby that miscarried.
Spraige is a greedy man, and goes as far as to legally register the land in his own name. Will there be a gunfight brewing when Teak is confronted with the new development?
