In honor of Mothers Day, both Alice and Phil’s mothers have been invited to the sponsor’s party. Which will win the beauty contest? Alice is surprised to find her own family, including Willie, think Phil’s mom will win it easily. How about the cooking contest then? Jokes abound about Phil’s Cherokee heritage. Frankie arrives to learn about the company party, and tells about his plans to crash it with his own mother. Mr Scott arrives for a battle of wits with Frankie, and looks for someone to sing for the party. Alice sings a duet with Phil, The Letter.
Julius pops in for some Mothers day fun, then joins Phil on his quest for a stand in mother for his sponsor. Where can they dig up a mother with a moustache, and a bad disposition? As everyone bails on him, Julius goes home to recruit his mom for the part.
At the party, the program to honor the moms is given. Mr Scot soon goes from no mom, to a mom from each of the cast members. An actress mom from Alice, a sales pitch woman from Phil, a bubble dancing mom from Remley, but Julius streetwise mom steals the show. imagine what might happen in Mr Scot’s real mom should show up?
