Time to open the doors to let the crowds in, but where is Lum? Abner pins a ribbon on Cedric to identify him as a museum official, and not one of the customers. In the nick of time, Lum races in to stop him from opening the doors quite yet.
The secret of the photo, and other arrivals of treasures is revealed. It’s all personal affects of Abner’s papa. The old timer is planning to visit, and has sent his trunks ahead from Tennessee. Most of their museum pieces is just his clothes and things. Now, how will the gents face the disappointments of the thronging crowds? Is there a way to save face, and still close this chapter with grace?
