After accidentally signing a contract for a burlesque, Phil gives Alice a hard time. Willie is quick to point out that it was Phil’s fault, along with troubles with the sponsor. The embarrassment is such that the sponsor, while unable to break the contract, doesn’t want Phil to mention them on the air. Meanwhile, the girls have found a chihuahua, but Phil isn’t sure he wants them to keep it. With extra time on their hands, Alice sings, I May Be Wrong.
Frankie Remley arrives, and needs a favor. He needs money for his new discovery, and beauty aid. The guys are so motivated, they’re ready to start selling, even before they have a product perfected. \The kitchen soon turns into a lab for the concoction of natural food ingredients. Who gets to try it out first? Even better than face cream, they’ve discovered a formula for breakfast cereal… with an extra kick.
Distracted by Milligan, the burlesque owner who drops in to see his latest act, and share his plans he has for Boo Boo Faye, a new use for the formula is discovered. Does the beauty cream grow hair? Since Alice has been using it on her face, will she be sporting a beard? Or is there still another secret about the formula that comes to light when the girls return.
