Abner’s sense of style is limited to having her frizz her hair and put on artificial flavor and coloringLum shares secrets of how Abner spruced himself up in the past before Buster enters. Still bent on running that Milford character out of town, will Buster soften his stance and get to know aunt Charity better? Even if he still thinks she’s touched in the head?
The gents get Buster to call Charity, and to give him privacy they go to the feed room. While they wait, they speculate on the romantic conversation he’s having. He sets up a date with her, but he made it a double date. Charity for him, and another for that Milford character so they can all meet and get to know each other better.
