Previously, in a tense moment with the Martians, Jet manages to make a get away, but Doc and Lenny are forced to board the Martian spaceship. Jet makes radio contact with the base station at the polar ice cap, and tries to revive McClain, the crew member who fell under the Martian mind control. He doesn’t seem to be quite out of it yet though.
Doc provides voiceover narative as Jet coordinates his forces to search for Doc and Lenny. Will he be able to rescue his friends and crewmates? The scene changes to the Martian spaceship as it prepares to land. Submitting to the Martian mind control isn’t all that bad, is it?
The Martians reveal their secrets about Whittaker. Remember him? What is it that the people from earth do for the Martians? How do the Martians get their human captives? The doctor from the farmhouse is a mediator for the Martians, and tells about the pyramid cities, and the spaceships that are being built to make a fleet. A major invasion is being planned for 1986.
Seeing their chance, Lenny and Doc make their break. They make radio contact with Jet, but can they get a message back to Earth to warn people what the Martians are planning? The Martians fight back with their mind control powers. It’s looking bad. There’s only one more episode, I hope the crew can hold out.
