The decision has been made to start a library that is to be part of theJot ‘Em Down store, and today we find Abner clearing space to put the new books on the shelves.
Abner is distracted as he comments on the book titles as Lum inventories them. Abner is also distracted by trying to read the newspaper. Cedric enters with a batch of books to add. where did he get all the books from anyway? As Cedric goes off to get more, Lum and Abner wonder over that, and try to keep on track with inventorying their books. Cedric is back with more books, but will the guys ever figure out where he’s getting them from?
