Customers begin arriving. First up the young woman who has a conversation with Lou about animals and all the vowel sounds get mixed up. Next is an FBI agent, does he have the goods on our heroes? Costello’s girlfriend, Lena Gensta arrives to complain about the gas that Lou pumped into her car. Lou begins to feel he is not strong enough to handle all the work.

Mrs. Niles arrives to complain about the work that Lou has done to her car. Will it even start? Lou takes the car for a test drive, although his driving is as bad as his mechanic skills. When a cop stops him, Lou ins up interrogating the police officer instead. Lou promises to replace the car that he wrecked. He gets into an argument and just can’t please the car owner over the replacement. Will the argument finally come to blows?
