While talking to a little girl in his store, Ben gets defensive about his horseshoe tossing abilities. It seems that rumors have it that his friend, and choir partner, Eli has laid claim to being tops at horseshoes. Soon, the party lines are all buzzing with the news of sore feelings. As the group arrives will the singing soothe the hurt emotions?

After uneasy conversation, Cliff and Alice sing a duet. Ben and Eli act like pouting little boys before a solo of an Irish Ballad.

The ladies take charge, and have the group play house. Through role playing, they make their point. A tournament is planned to settle the argument, and a final hymn is sung. Blessed Be the Tie that Binds. The lesson is learned, you always hurt the ones you love.
