The mystery surrounding Cedric, Mr Adams, and the large sums of money continues. Abner grills Cedric to share his magic secret, but he won’t tell. Maybe a little sweet talking, or bribes of pinball games? Can Abner learn the secret before Lum does?
While Diogenes was around, he set up a printing press in the feed room for his pamphlets, and forbid anyone to enter. Apparently, everybody except Cedric. With Lum preoccupied elsewhere, Cedric takes Abner into the feed room, and shows him the real secret. It seems that Abner has the magic as well to make ten-dollar bills pour forth from the printing press, instead of the pamphlets.
